新春巨湯


每逢農曆新年必會煲新春巨湯,何謂新春巨湯? 其實是把所有『壓年』食品煲埋一煲,事源娃兒每年過年前必會替我買兩條鯪魚、兩條豬脷、兩隻豬手『壓年』,我想是取其『年年有餘、大吉大利、橫財正財就手』之意吧!






把所有『壓年』食品連粉葛、赤小豆、扁豆、陳年果皮等一同煲上三小時,不用加任何調味,一年一度的新春大吉大利巨湯就完成了!

Yes, it's very creamy. Let me ask Wayee to make this soup for you when you're back to HK. Personally, I don't very much like this soup though. :p

haha... I'd rather eat those fish, piggy tongue, pork hocks by itself..... :P

Yes, it's strange as I could see them previously. I can still see photos from Alex's or Connie's space, but not from yours.
