很多朋友同事都覺得日理萬機(計算機、電算機、Bloomberg機)的我下班後還能煑飯的行為匪夷所思，其實很簡單，每個事業型女士背後都有一個女人 --- 她來自『得成』？非也！非也！而是家母 --- 娃兒是也！
娃兒每星期也會長途跋涉乘一小時車『送暖』，為留落荒島的我準備糧餉，她選料嚴謹、配搭絕不欺場；老火湯、游水魚、新鮮蔬菜是指定動作，因此我從不擔心缺乏Omega-3 & Vitamin-C，白切雞、雲耳蒸雞、炆雞、各式雞翼、滑蛋蝦仁、西芹鮮魷是我的最愛，豉汁蒸肉排、土魷肉餅是OT首選---取其『快、靚、正』！夏天有醒胃冷盤---涼拌海蟄火鴨絲、秘製薰蹄，冬天更有蛇湯、羊腩煲、梅菜扣肉，雪櫃常備粟米鬚、花旗蔘、涼茶；我還常戲言娃兒給我很大壓力，弄得我不能偷懶出外吃飯，真是大逆不道！
娃兒的名菜多不勝數，不能盡錄。上圖只是我隨意用手機拍下的一些家常菜罷了，並不是她的首本名菜。

Hi Amy,
Being an Aquarius mum, Wayee is also very relaxed towards a daughter as disciplined as me (a typical Capricorn) and always encourages me try different kinds of new things. She would ask me to go out for fun or have a break while I concentrated on preparing for my exams.
However, she would be very authoritative at times when we were not behaved. I often told my friends that there’s only one person I would be scared of in the world and that’s my mum. :O
Of course, I’m not scared of her anymore as she is such a lovely mother.
