Oyster Fried with Oil and Mushroom?
話說某天二師兄叫了一碟名為"什麼 Beef with an Oyster fried with oil and mushroom"的菜式，食物端上來的時候，遍尋不見半隻蠔，再拿Menu看個究竟，終於愰然大悟，日文版是"什麽牡蠣油"，即蠔油什菌炒牛肉，哈哈！此英譯本可能是用Google Translation來翻譯，看來東瀛的翻譯水平，與祖國不相伯仲。

looks good. I heard that the pollution in Japan is very serious. are these seafood import from somewhere else? It's Uni's season here in Van, lots of fresh and cheap Uni sashimi everywhere. :P~ karen

Yeah, they were raw before bbq. Haha!

I guess most of the seafood are from Hokkaido as it is surrounded by seas.
There's "unlimited" supply of uni in Pen's Japanese Buffet. You gotta try it when you're back to HK.
